Our
Work
Every image in this gallery represents a case completed, a standard upheld, and a clinician — and their patient — served exceptionally well.
Materials, Technology & Results
Precision at every scale.

IPS e.max ZirCAD Disc
Pre-shaded translucent zirconia discs from which all WistaLab crown and bridge frameworks are milled with five-axis precision.

Five-Axis Milling
Our CNC milling spindles operate at sub-20-micron accuracy, producing frameworks and full-contour restorations from a single billet.

Finished Crown
The result of a meticulous multi-stage process — milled, sintered, glazed, and hand-characterised by a senior ceramist.

Raw Zirconia Disc
Certified Grade A zirconia discs, stored in a climate-controlled environment to ensure consistent mechanical properties before milling.

Block to Crown
The defining moment of the CAD/CAM workflow — a monolithic block being precision-carved into its final anatomical form.

e.max Lithium Disilicate
IPS e.max CAD blocks — the premium choice for anterior veneers and single-unit crowns requiring exceptional optical depth and flexural strength.

Disc to Delivery
From raw disc to clinical-ready restoration — the WistaLab journey compressed into a single frame.

Full Arch Restoration
A full-arch monolithic zirconia prosthesis, designed digitally and milled to exacting occlusal specifications for immediate load or definitive placement.
From Digital to Physical
The milling process.
Digital Design
The restoration is designed in 3Shape or exocad, with marginal fit and occlusal contacts verified against a digital scan of the prepared tooth.
Material Selection
The appropriate zirconia grade, ceramic block, or hybrid material is selected based on the case requirements — strength, translucency, and shade.
Five-Axis Milling
A CNC milling machine cuts the restoration from a pre-shaded billet, achieving sub-20-micron accuracy across all surfaces.
Sintering & Glazing
Zirconia restorations are sintered at precise temperatures, then glazed and individually characterised before a final quality inspection.
