Zirconia Crowns

Our premium zirconia crowns are milled from high-strength, pre-shaded zirconia discs using five-axis CNC technology, ensuring micron-level accuracy and a passive fit every time. We offer both monolithic and layered options — monolithic for posterior durability and layered zirconia for anterior cases demanding lifelike optical depth. Each crown undergoes a rigorous shade-matching protocol under controlled D65 lighting, followed by individual surface characterisation that mimics natural enamel texture. The result is a restoration that functions with the confidence of metal and communicates the beauty of natural dentition.

Porcelain Bridges

WistaLab designs and fabricates multi-unit porcelain bridges that blend invisibly into the natural arch, restoring both function and confidence. Every bridge framework is designed digitally with finite-element analysis to ensure connector dimensions meet clinical stress requirements — eliminating the risk of fracture over years of occlusal loading. The porcelain layering follows an additive stratification technique, building depth from an opacious base through translucent incisal layers with individualised fluorescent staining. Whether a three-unit anterior bridge or a full-quad posterior span, each restoration is delivered with a documented shade recipe so future repairs are achievable anywhere in the world.

Precision-engineered implant abutments and crowns compatible with all leading implant systems — Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet, Dentsply Sirona, and beyond. We accept digital scan bodies and analogue impressions, converting both into biomechanically optimised restorations with verified emergence profiles that support soft-tissue health. Custom titanium or zirconia abutments are milled directly from certified Grade 5 titanium billets, guaranteeing a zero-microgap connection at the implant interface. Our implant workflow includes a mandatory fit-check stage where every abutment is verified on a master model before dispatch.

Our ultra-thin porcelain veneers are crafted at thicknesses down to 0.3 mm, preserving maximum natural tooth structure while delivering a transformative aesthetic result. Each veneer begins as a diagnostic wax-up translated into a direct mock-up, allowing clinician and patient to preview the final outcome before any irreversible preparation. The porcelain is fired multiple times in a calibrated oven to build the precise internal characterisation, translucency gradient, and surface micro-texture that distinguishes a great veneer from a flawless one. We also fabricate no-prep and minimal-prep veneers for patients who qualify, working closely with the prescribing clinician throughout the design phase.

Our CAD/CAM workflow is built on 3Shape Dental System and exocad DentalCAD — the industry gold standards — running on a dedicated dental design workstation cluster with sub-20-micron scanner resolution. Every digital file we receive undergoes automated quality validation before a trained dental designer reviews marginal fit, occlusal contacts, and emergence profile against the opposing and adjacent models. We accept all major scan formats (STL, DCM, PLY) and can deliver milled restorations, printed study models, and digital design files back to the practice within agreed SLA windows. Our design team works directly with clinicians on complex cases, offering collaborative video reviews before committing to production.
